We will explain the issues confronted by Associations in dealing with water infiltration, mold and other problems caused by negligent workmanship and design deficiencies related to EIFS, stucco and brick cladding systems. Finally, we will discuss options available to Associations when evaluating what to do about problems with these cladding systems.“
