Mark Cable, AIA

Mark Cable, AIA has over 21 years of experience in architecture. He has performed extensive construction oversight of multiple disciplines in residential multifamily buildings including roofing, stucco, EIFS, vinyl and HardiePlank siding, brick and stone veneer. He has also performed visual and invasive inspections on multi-family buildings for construction deficiencies leading to water infiltration, foundation/slab settlement, structural failures, code compliance among others.

Mr. Cable is highly experienced in AutoCAD design and drawings for repair details, fire reconstruction documents, and other reconstruction drawings such as masonry stairs and balconies. He also has extensive design specification and bid documents experience for repair work, reconstruction projects, EIFS or stucco veneers, normal maintenance projects such as re-roofing, re-siding and re-cladding facades.

Mr. Cable has maintained close working relationships between property managers, general contractors and condominium associations acting as a liaison between the three entities to achieve a satisfactory end product. He performed inspections and wrote reports for multi-family communities during transition from developer to association ownership.

Mr. Cable attended the University of Arkansas where he received a Bachelor of Architecture in 1995. He is a licensed architect in New Jersey and holds certifications from OSHA and EIFS Inspectors.
